Privacy policy

This policy explains how Trip Station Tourism L.L.C, registered in the United Arab Emirates, and Trip Station Tourism (Private) Limited, registered in Pakistan (together "Trip Station Tourism", "we", "us"), handle personal information collected through trip-station.com and in the course of arranging your travel.

Information we collect

• Enquiry details. The information you enter in an enquiry form or the quotation bar: your name, telephone or WhatsApp number, email address where provided, the service you are interested in, travel dates, number of travellers and any message.
• Correspondence. Your number or email address, and the content of any WhatsApp message, telephone call or email you send us.
• Booking information. Where a booking or visa application requires it, further details such as passport copies, photographs and travel history. These are requested directly by our team and are never collected through this website.

How we use it

We use personal information to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, make and manage your bookings, and meet our legal, accounting and regulatory obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we send marketing messages only where you have asked to receive them.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the parties needed to provide the services you book, such as farmhouse owners, hotels, airlines, transport providers, tour operators and the authorities that decide visa applications. Each receives only the information it requires.

Trip Station Tourism's two companies share information with each other where a journey involves both countries, for example when a booking made in Pakistan includes services in the UAE.

The enquiry form on this website opens WhatsApp with your details written out. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp, after which your message is also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

International transfers

Because travel crosses borders, your information may be transferred to suppliers and authorities outside the country in which you made your booking. We transfer only what is needed for the service concerned.

Cookies and similar technologies

This website sets one cookie of its own, ts_region, which records whether you are viewing the UAE or the Pakistan version of the site. It lasts 90 days and contains nothing else. On your first visit, your IP address is used once to choose the appropriate version; it is not stored.

The website also keeps a note in your browser for the current session so that the opening animation is shown only once. It is deleted when you close the browser.

We use Google Analytics to measure visits and understand which pages are read. Google Analytics sets its own cookies and receives your IP address.

Each farmhouse page shows a Google map of the property's area. When a map loads, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies.

Retention and security

We keep enquiry and booking records for as long as they are needed to serve you and to meet accounting and legal requirements, after which they are deleted. Access to personal information is limited to the staff who need it to arrange your travel.

Your rights

You may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Please email info@trip-station.com. We will act on your request, subject to any records we are required by law to keep.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
