Customise a package

Booking conditions for the ready-made packages

These apply to every package above unless its own page says otherwise. The Georgia and Azerbaijan packages list their conditions on their pages.

  • Prices are per person in US dollars, based on two adults sharing a room, and are confirmed for your dates before booking. Rates for children and extra beds are quoted on request.
  • Day tours last up to eight hours, between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Fuel and the guide are covered; entrance tickets are not, unless the package says so.
  • Hotel check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM.
  • Domestic flights in a package are non-refundable once issued, their fares can rise slightly until they are ticketed, and the checked baggage allowance is usually 15 to 20 kg.
  • If you are travelling with more luggage than usual, tell us so that a larger vehicle can be arranged.
  • Drivers who speak Arabic, English or both can be arranged.
  • Exchange rates can move between the quotation and payment.

We arrange holidays worldwide. Share where you would like to go, and we will confirm the arrangements and provide a quotation.

Can you arrange part of a trip only?

Yes. We arrange complete itineraries as well as individual components such as flights or accommodation.

Do you handle visas as part of the tour?

Where we handle the relevant visa, the application is managed as part of the itinerary. Approval is always at the discretion of the immigration authorities.
