Terms and conditions

These terms apply to the use of trip-station.com and to bookings made with Trip Station Tourism. Bookings arranged through our UAE team are contracted with Trip Station Tourism L.L.C, and bookings arranged through our Pakistan team with Trip Station Tourism (Private) Limited (each "Trip Station Tourism", "we", "us"). By confirming a booking, you accept these terms.

This website

This website describes the services we offer. It does not take bookings or payments. Any prices shown are starting rates and may vary with dates and availability. A booking exists only once we have confirmed it to you in writing and received the payment that secures it.

Quotations and payment

Every booking begins with a quotation that sets out the services included and their cost. Quotations are subject to availability and may change until the booking is confirmed. The payment method and schedule are stated with your quotation.

Farmhouse reservations in the UAE

The reservation and payment terms on our farmhouse page, covering the advance payment, balance, security deposit and check-in times, form part of these terms. In addition:

• Each property is reserved for the booking party only, for the dates confirmed.
• Guests are responsible for the property during their stay, including any damage or missing items identified at the inspection after check-out.
• The house rules of each property, listed on its page and confirmed at booking, must be observed. Some properties do not permit alcohol.
• Cancellation and refund terms are confirmed in writing with your booking.

Visas

• Visa decisions rest with the relevant immigration authorities. We cannot guarantee approval or processing times.
• Government and embassy fees are generally not refundable once an application has been submitted.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents you provide, and for holding a passport with the validity your destination requires.

Flights, hotels, tours and transport

• These services are provided by airlines, hotels, tour operators and transport providers under their own conditions, including their rules on changes, cancellations and refunds. We set out the conditions that apply before you pay.
• Name, date and itinerary changes after confirmation are subject to the supplier's rules and any charges they apply.
• Umrah arrangements are also subject to the requirements of the authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which may change at short notice.

Our responsibility

We arrange each service with reasonable care and act on your behalf with suppliers if a problem arises. We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, flight disruption, public health measures and decisions by governments or authorities.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the contracting Trip Station Tourism company is registered: the United Arab Emirates for Trip Station Tourism L.L.C, and Pakistan for Trip Station Tourism (Private) Limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and the terms in force when your booking is confirmed apply to that booking.
